Physio4U support Galway 5km series

This series is a complete sell out, and it is the fourth year that six Galway Athletics Clubs have come together to organize this low-key, no-frills series of roads races around the county.

The races take place every Tuesday evenings on the following dates at the following locations:

28th April 2009 - Athenry @ 7:45pm
05th May 2009 - Tuam @ 08:00pm
12th May 2009 - Craughwell @ 08:00pm
19th May 2009 - Claregalway @ 08:00pm
26th May 2009 - Loughrea @ 08:00pm
02nd June 2009 - Galway @ 08:00pm
 

These evenings are specifically designed with the beginner in mind and are perfect for the many members of the Fit4Life groups that have become established all around the county.

What is Fit4Life?

The Fit4Life program me is currently being run by various athletics clubs and encourages all members of the general public to get their running shoes on and get fitter be that walking, jogging or running. Everyone is welcome and more information can be obtained at
