Outlined below are the different classifications please click the one that you feel describes your low back pain
Acute Low Back Pain i.e. this is your first episode of low back pain and has been present for less than 7 days (click here for more information)

Our team of Chartered Physiotherapists use a person centred approach to each spinal condition. That means that your treatment is tailored to meet your needs and day to day demands. All chartered Physiotherapists are highly skilled in the areas of manual therapy which includes deep soft tissue massage, manipulation, joint mobilisation techniques, exercise prescription, postural awareness and functional rehabilitation.

The aim with our treatments are:

  • To reduce your pain as quickly and effectively as possible
  • Increase your function so that you can return as quickly as possible to your daily activities
  • To put in place a home exercise programme which will aim to reduce reoccurrence of your symptoms
  • To negotiate realistic goals with each client and work towards these in a functional and time efficient manner.
